Job Description:
Step into an engaging role as a PCU/IMC RN where you’ll be working the night shift in Leonardtown. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced unit specialized in stepdown and intensive care situations. You’ll be responsible for managing patients with complex needs during your 12-hour nights, ensuring safety and precision in a setting that values experience and independence. This assignment stands out because of the requirement to pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with flying colors - so bring your A-game - and the chance to work in a unit with a 1:4 IMC patient ratio. Float assignments to Tele and Med-Surg units will add variety to your routine, with every other weekend coverage expected. If you thrive on challenge and like the idea of making a difference while working a predictable schedule, this could be the perfect fit.
