Job Description:

This RN contract opportunity in Sun City offers a full-time schedule of 12-hour day shifts over a 13-week period. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient care according to established standards and policies. You will evaluate patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual domains, developing personalized care plans and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will guide direct patient care, supervise licensed professionals, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. The assignment provides a chance to utilize advanced nursing skills in a supportive environment, with the added bonus of exploring the local community during your time off.
