RN: PCU/IMC/Stepdown

Job Description:

This contract position invites experienced Registered Nurses to step into a role where their skills directly impact patient outcomes while working in a steady 12-hour day schedule. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive nursing care tailored to adult patients’ physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. No two days are the same, as you’ll coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, review diagnostics, and revise care plans to meet evolving patient conditions. Your expertise ensures seamless communication and continuity of care throughout your shift, with the opportunity to leave a lasting positive effect on patients’ recovery journeys.
