Job Description:
Join a travel assignment as a Registered Nurse in Glendale, Arizona, providing direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts. You will assess patient needs, develop and update individualized care plans, administer care according to orders and nursing standards, evaluate patient responses, and document each stage of care accurately. The role also includes coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, delegating appropriate tasks, and supporting continuity of care through thorough handoffs. This assignment offers the opportunity to experience nighttime nursing in the greater Phoenix area while helping patients and families navigate changing health needs.
