Job Description:
This travel Registered Nurse assignment focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individualized nursing care in an acute care setting. You will provide direct patient care, monitor changing conditions, coordinate care with the broader healthcare team, administer care according to orders and nursing plans, support patient and family education, and document each stage of care accurately. The role also includes delegating and supervising appropriate activities, communicating patient updates, and revising care plans as needs evolve. With 12-hour night shifts, this assignment offers the opportunity to support patients and colleagues through the quieter - but never boring - overnight hours.
