Original job description
Job Description:
Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse providing comprehensive care in an acute care hospital setting. You will assess patients, develop and update individualized care plans, administer treatments, coordinate with the healthcare team, supervise delegated care, educate patients and families, and document each stage of care. This overnight role offers the opportunity to support patients through changing clinical needs while helping ensure safe transitions and continuity of care. Your clinical judgment and steady presence will be especially valuable when the hospital is quieter but patient needs remain active.
Weather:
Glendale typically offers sunny, dry conditions during this time of year, with pleasantly warm daytime temperatures and cooler evenings. Rain is generally limited, making it comfortable to explore the area outdoors.
Fun Things To Do:
- Local Exploration: Enjoy Glendale’s dining, shopping, public art, and walkable entertainment areas.
- Desert Outdoors: Spend a day hiking, photographing desert scenery, or watching the sunset in the surrounding Sonoran landscape.
- Phoenix Day Trip: Take a day trip into Phoenix for museums, restaurants, cultural attractions, and city sightseeing.
- Sedona Day Trip: Plan a full-day drive to experience dramatic red-rock scenery, trails, and scenic overlooks.
- Outdoor Recreation: Enjoy cycling, golf, or a relaxed picnic at one of the area’s parks and recreational spaces.
