Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment focuses on assessing patients, developing and updating individualized plans of care, providing direct nursing care, coordinating services, and evaluating patient responses. You will document thoroughly, communicate changes with providers and caregivers, support patient and family education, and provide direction to other licensed and non-licensed personnel when appropriate. The role is structured for 12-hour night shifts and requires current RN licensure and BLS certification.
