Job Description:
This 13-week travel assignment in Asheville, North Carolina, is for a progressive care nurse supporting patients with complex cardiac and medical conditions, including heart failure, myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, pulmonary hypertension, post-cardiac procedures, and diabetic ketoacidosis. The role includes 12-hour day shifts, telemetry monitoring, titratable cardiac medications, bedside cardioversion, and floating to designated medical-surgical, stepdown, COVID, and emergency holding areas as needed. Nurses should have progressive care and telemetry experience, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. The schedule includes every other weekend.
