Original job description
Job Description:
This 13-week travel contract is designed for a Registered Nurse who is ready to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care during 12-hour night shifts. You will assess patients, develop and update individualized care plans, administer care based on orders and nursing standards, evaluate outcomes, and document each stage of the patient’s progress.
You will also coordinate care with physicians and the broader healthcare team, provide patient and family education, and guide licensed and non-licensed personnel when appropriate. The assignment calls for an RN with recent acute care hospital experience, an active RN license or compact licensure, and current BLS certification. Night-shift nursing brings its own rhythm, with focused assessments and calm, steady decision-making when the world is quieter.
