Job Description
Take your next travel assignment to Silverdale, Washington, as a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse. This 13-week contract features 12-hour day shifts in a busy PCU caring for patients with cardiac, neurological, renal, and respiratory conditions. You will manage complex cases, interpret telemetry, administer a range of critical-care drips, and support patients before and after procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker placement, and ablations. Experience with peritoneal dialysis is a plus, but not required. A cohesive team, 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage, and unit-specific orientation help you settle in and get to work - just bring your clinical focus and a readiness for plenty of variety.
Weather
Silverdale typically offers cool, comfortable conditions with a mix of refreshing rain, cloudy skies, and occasional bright breaks. The surrounding evergreen landscape stays lush, making the area scenic even on wetter days.
