Job Description

Join a 12-week Progressive Care Unit contract in West Chester as an experienced RN working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This high-acuity assignment involves caring for medically complex patients who require close monitoring and intervention beyond traditional telemetry but do not require ICU-level care. You will manage patients recovering from cardiac procedures, those requiring BiPAP or insulin drips, and individuals experiencing respiratory, kidney, or other organ failure. The unit also sees frequent admissions, transfers, and changes in patient status, making adaptability essential for this fast-moving night-shift role. Weekend coverage is required every third weekend, with holiday coverage based on staffing needs.
