Job Description:
Support patients through post-anesthesia recovery as a registered nurse in a PACU setting. This travel assignment includes Phase I PACU, Phase II recovery, pre- and post-procedure care, and recovery following cath lab procedures. The role also calls for circulating and scrubbing experience, with the flexibility to float to other facilities in the area. Ambulatory or outpatient experience is preferred. You will work primarily daytime hours in a structured recovery setting where each shift brings a new group of patients ready to move safely through their next step.
Weather:
San Francisco typically offers mild, comfortable weather at this time of year, with cool temperatures, variable sunshine, and occasional light rain. Coastal breezes can make layers useful, especially in the mornings and evenings.

- Golden Gate Bridge: Walk or bike across the landmark for sweeping bay and city views.
- Alcatraz Island: Take a ferry to explore the historic island and its former prison.
- Fisherman’s Wharf: Browse waterfront attractions, seafood spots, and lively harbor views.
- Day trip to Muir Woods: Wander among towering redwoods in a peaceful natural setting.
- Day trip to Napa Valley: Enjoy scenic vineyards, tasting rooms, and relaxed countryside dining.
