RN: PACU

Job Description:

Join a travel assignment in a post-anesthesia care unit serving adult and pediatric patients following total hip and knee procedures, general surgery, da Vinci cases, neurology, urology, and occasional pediatric dental procedures. You will provide focused recovery care, monitor patients with 1:1 or 1:2 assignments, interpret EKG strips, and support post-operative care across PACU, Pre/Post, or PCU based on daily volume. The role includes required call coverage and may involve helping cover scheduled cases or responding to unit needs with flexibility. Pediatric cases may include 1:1 care. A little variety keeps each shift interesting.

Location: Sacramento, California Shift: 8-hour days Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: 40 hours per week with required call coverage, including overnight weekday call, weekend call, and holiday rotation.
