Job Description:

Join a busy operating room team as an Operating Room RN First Assistant in Allegan, MI, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting a variety of surgical procedures across specialties such as general, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, vascular, urology, and robotic surgery. You’ll work in a 2-room OR within an acute hospital and trauma setting, performing RNFA duties like tissue handling, vessel ligation, drainage tube insertion, suturing, and wound dressing. Expect to be on call and float to different units, providing flexible assistance in demanding situations while using tools like Paragon and Pyxis. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional, fast-paced environment that values your surgical expertise.
