Job Description:
Join us as an Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers a chance to work in the North OR at UF Health Jacksonville, focusing on orthopedics, trauma, and general surgery with the opportunity to handle cases using DaVinci Robotics. You’ll be on an 8-hour day shift from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with the possibility of call shifts and variable days - so flexibility is key. This assignment is perfect for experienced OR RNs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and prefer a schedule that keeps the workday interesting without the expectation of block scheduling. Experience in ortho joints and trauma, as well as general surgery, will serve you well in this role. A current Florida RN license or a Compact license is required, along with BLS certification. Prior travel experience is highly preferred, and candidates with less than 180 days of recent non-clinical employment are encouraged to apply.
