This role involves supporting the surgical team in a busy operating room, focusing on neurosurgery, urology, general surgery, and other specialties. This role requires up-to-date RN and/or CST certifications and a strong motivation to support surgical procedures. The OR unit accommodates a variety of surgeries, with a patient ratio of 1:1, and operates with a dedicated staff of over 22 members. Weekend and on-call shifts are mandatory, with weekend shifts running from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, and weekday calls from 3pm to 7am.
