Job Description

Join a 13-week travel Registered Nurse assignment in Phoenix, Arizona, working 12-hour day shifts in an acute care setting. You will assess patients, develop and update individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, administer interventions based on physician orders, and evaluate patient responses and progress. The role also includes reviewing diagnostic and laboratory information, documenting care accurately, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and providing direction to licensed and non-licensed personnel when appropriate.
