Job Description:
This 13-week travel nursing contract in Tulsa, Oklahoma, offers 12-hour day shifts providing direct nursing care. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, assess and document patient conditions, carry out physician and nursing orders, coordinate care across disciplines, and support discharge planning. The role calls for sound clinical judgment, decisive decision-making, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Up to six weekend and holiday shifts may be required based on department needs.
