Job Description
Join an interventional radiology team in Miami, Florida, as a travel RN supporting a broad range of image-guided procedures. You will work with procedural teams on cases such as TAVR, MitraClip, carotid stenting, peripheral arterial interventions, lumbar punctures, drains, ports, angiography, and neuro-interventional procedures. This assignment is well suited for an RN with IR procedural experience, familiarity with IR protocols, and neuro-interventional experience.
The schedule consists of 10-hour day shifts, along with approximately seven call shifts per month. When called in, you must be able to arrive within 30 minutes. Surgical scrubs are provided, and the team documents in Meditech Expanse while using GE imaging equipment. Bring your IR expertise to a specialized assignment where no two procedure days are quite the same.
Weather
Miami typically offers warm, humid weather with plenty of sunshine, comfortable coastal breezes, and occasional brief showers. Light, breathable clothing and rain protection are useful for exploring the area.
