Job Description:
Join us in Milwaukee, WI for a 13-week travel IR RN assignment at a renowned Level III Trauma Center. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a facility equipped with Siemens and GE imaging technology, while supporting a busy IR department performing around 40-50 cases daily. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and charting patients undergoing procedures such as kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, and neuro IR interventions like stroke embolizations. Expect to work 10-hour days with a schedule designed for seasoned RNs with IR and neuro experience. The setting provides a balanced work environment with engaging cases and a supportive team, all with the bonus of exploring Wisconsin’s great outdoors. This role requires a proactive approach, experience with EPIC EMR, and relevant certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Dive into this opportunity to enhance your IR skills in a hospital known for its magnet designation and comprehensive stroke program. Patient care is *not* part of this role, focusing solely on IR procedures and monitoring.
