Job Description:

Join this fast-paced Emergency Department as a travel professional and experience a setting where every shift brings new challenges and learning opportunities. You will be working in a Level IV Trauma Center with a diverse patient population, including neonates, geriatrics, and heavy mental health cases. Your days will involve interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing critical care drips, and executing procedural sedation, all while contributing to an environment that values rapid response and expert judgment. This role offers an exciting chance to sharpen your skills in a teaching hospital that consistently handles high patient acuity. Plus, your nights will be lively - just like the city itself - and you’ll play a vital role in handling trauma emergencies, STEMI cases, and neurovascular events, providing crucial stabilization and support for shipped-out patients.

Weather:

The weather around this time of year is usually mild with warm days and cooler evenings. Expect some gentle breezes and a handful of sunny days, making it perfect for outdoor activities or simply enjoying a relaxing walk around the city.

Fun Things To Do:

  • Discover Milwaukee Art Museum and its stunning architecture
  • Explore Lake Michigan with a scenic boat tour
  • Day trip to the historic cities of Madison or Green Bay
  • Visit the Milwaukee County Zoo for a fun family outing
  • Enjoy outdoor concerts and festivals in the city parks
