Job Description:

Join a busy and engaging Emergency Department in Randallstown, Maryland, where you’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality urgent care. This contract offers a unique opportunity to support a 54-bed ED that handles approximately 120 visits daily, across a diverse patient population from neonatal to geriatric. You’ll work 12-hour mids shifts (3:00 PM – 3:30 AM) over 14 weeks, supporting urgent care and critical care units, with some support needed in Behavioral Health areas with security teams in place. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency Departments, and the hospital’s tech-savvy charting system (Cerner with FirstNet and Launch) will keep your workflow smooth. Expect to handle patient ratios of 1:4-6, with some units at 1:6, and contribute to meaningful clinical support in a fast-paced environment that challenges and rewards dedicated professionals.
