Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse for a 13-week contract working overnight 12-hour shifts in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing assessments, planning, and direct care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing patient histories, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans, and providing supervision to licensed and non-licensed staff. Expect to interpret diagnostics, communicate effectively with physicians and families, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
