You’ll collaborate with a skilled team handling a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5, with some flexibility for lower acuity patients. The facility boasts a 388-bed hospital specializing in emergency care, with a dedicated trauma and NICU unit. Your experience in ER settings involving RSI, conscious sedation, lines, drains, and tubes will be put to excellent use in this environment where EPIC EMR experience is required. Expect to provide top-tier care with support from a dedicated team of CNA/ER techs, RTs, physicians, and mid-level providers. This assignment provides an opportunity to grow your skills while enjoying a vibrant, teamwork-oriented atmosphere - though it can be intense, your expertise will make a real difference.
