Job Description:
This travel contract is designed for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience. You will care for patients in the emergency setting and provide coverage for Observation Unit patients held in the ER. The assignment includes night shifts three times per week, with weekend coverage required three out of every six weekends. Travelers may also float as needed. Bring your clinical experience and your own solid-color scrubs for a 26-week assignment on California’s North Coast.

Eureka typically offers cool, comfortable conditions with a mix of cloud cover, mild temperatures, and occasional rain. The coastal setting can bring refreshing breezes and changing skies, so layers and a rain jacket are useful for exploring the area.

- Sequoia Park Zoo: Visit the zoo and surrounding redwood forest trails for an easy local outing.
- Redwood National and State Parks - Day Trip: Hike among towering redwoods and enjoy scenic coastal viewpoints.

- North Coast Beaches: Spend a free afternoon walking the shoreline, taking in ocean views, and exploring nearby coastal communities.
