Job Description:

Join a community hospital emergency department as a travel registered nurse caring for both adult and pediatric patients. You will work 12-hour overnight shifts in a 27-bed emergency setting, supporting patients with a broad range of urgent and emergent needs. This assignment offers the opportunity to bring your emergency nursing experience to a community-based team while enjoying the variety that comes with caring for patients across age groups.

Mattoon typically experiences crisp, cool weather at this time of year, with changing temperatures and a mix of clear skies, cloud cover, and occasional precipitation. Comfortable layers and a light jacket are useful for exploring the area.
