As an ER RN, you’ll handle a wide spectrum of urgent cases, including trauma, strokes, cardiac arrests, and more, often titrating complex drips like vasopressors and cardiac medications. No two days are the same here - your skills will be tested, and your expertise will shine, all while working amid a collaborative team that includes trauma teams, charge nurses, and respiratory therapists. This assignment provides an exciting opportunity to sharpen your critical care skills in a rich, high-acuity environment. Plus, the department’s culture ensures you’re supported, with a 1:3-5 nurse-to-patient ratio and all the equipment you need for life-saving interventions.
