Job Description:

Take on a 13-week travel nursing contract in Bakersfield, California, providing coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or group of patients on the night shift. You will follow established standards and the nursing process, use independent clinical judgment, and help coordinate care across disciplines. The assignment also includes supervising and directing nursing staff at various levels, offering an opportunity to combine hands-on nursing with professional leadership.
