Job Description:

This travel registered nurse assignment supports an emergency department surge and overflow area in Worcester, caring for patients while they await placement or additional care. The role includes floating within the emergency department to support different areas as needed, using Epic for documentation and applying strong telemetry experience in a fast-moving setting. The assignment accepts first-time travelers. Orientation includes medication and telemetry exams, each with one pass/fail attempt.

Job Specifics:

Location: Worcester, Massachusetts

Shift: Day shifts, 3×12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM; start time may vary based on department needs

Duration: 13 weeks at 36 hours per week

Requirements: Massachusetts license, two years of telemetry experience, and BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday coverage required.
