Job Description:
Join a 13-week travel contract as a CVICU Registered Nurse in Prescott, Arizona. You will care for high-acuity cardiovascular patients with diagnoses including AMI, CAD, and PVD, supporting ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 based on patient acuity. The assignment includes caring for fresh open-heart surgery patients from the OR and managing advanced therapies such as IABP and CRRT. You will titrate drips including Dex, Propofol, Dopamine, Neo, Epinephrine, Levophed, Insulin, and Cardene while working with vents, BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, and high-flow oxygen. Twelve-hour shifts include weekend and holiday coverage, call as outlined in the contract, and potential floating to ICU, PCU, medical-surgical, or telemetry departments based on department needs.
