RN: Case Manager

Job Description:

Join us as a Case Management Registered Nurse at UCLA Health Santa Monica Medical Center for a 13-week contract with an opportunity to immerse yourself in an evolving healthcare setting. You’ll oversee inpatient general medicine cases, focusing on clinical discharge planning, utilization management, and ensuring smooth patient transitions. The role features a consistent 10-hour shift, Monday through Friday, offering a chance to enjoy the sunshine and local attractions on your days off. This assignment is a great fit for experienced RN case managers who are comfortable with Epic charting and thrive in a professional environment that values initiative and precision.
