RN: Case Manager

Join us for an exciting 13-week contract as a Case Manager RN in Anchorage, Alaska, where you’ll play a vital role in coordinating care within a top-tier, Level II Trauma hospital. This position offers four 10-hour days per week, giving you a good balance between work and exploring the scenic outdoors. Your primary focus will be managing patient transitions and ensuring seamless care coordination, utilizing your Epic experience and acute care background.
