RN: Case Manager

Job Description:

Join us as a Case Manager Registered Nurse for a 12-week contract at Christian Hospital in St. Louis, MO. This role offers an engaging opportunity to apply your case management expertise in a fast-paced setting, coordinating discharge planning and home health setup for adult patients. You’ll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some Saturdays, tackling real-world challenges that require quick thinking, organization, and tech-savvy skills.
