Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare contract as an RN Case Manager in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In this daytime role, you will support acute hospital case management through utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning, and revenue integrity. Your background in acute hospital RN case management and critical care will help you navigate complex cases and advocate for efficient, well-coordinated transitions. Business attire and an active NH RN license are required.

This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with a weekend rotation, giving you the opportunity to bring your leadership skills to a focused case management team.
