RN: Case Manager

Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare assignment in Rancho Mirage as a Case Manager Registered Nurse supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults. In this hospital-based role, you will assess the appropriateness of admissions, coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care, advocate for patients, and help guide efficient use of healthcare resources. The schedule features four 10-hour day shifts, with two weekend shifts required during each four-week period. Strong EPIC experience, acute care expertise, critical care experience, and prior travel nursing experience are required.

Job Specifics:

Location: Rancho Mirage, California. Shift: 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week, 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with two weekend shifts per four-week period. Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week.
