Job Description:
Support emergency department patients as a Case Manager on a 13-week travel healthcare contract in San Diego. This critical-need assignment requires prior ED case management experience and offers a 12-hour night schedule, providing focused coverage during overnight hours while coordinating care and supporting appropriate transitions.
