This travel healthcare contract in San Diego supports a case management professional coordinating services, reviewing care needs, helping patients navigate resources, and collaborating with members of the healthcare team. The assignment is a critical-need opportunity with 12-hour night shifts, offering an extended schedule in a coastal Southern California setting.
