RN: Case Manager

Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse in case management in Jacksonville, Florida. You will complete daily case management assessments and evaluations, support care coordination, and document through Meditech and CarePort. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with possible weekend coverage based on scheduling needs. This assignment is a good fit for an RN with one to two years of experience who enjoys organized, evaluation-focused work. CCM certification is preferred but not required. Burgundy scrubs or business casual attire is appropriate.
