RN: Case Manager

Job Description:

This travel contract is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to support acute hospital case management in North Charleston. You will work with patients, families, and care teams to coordinate services, support transitions of care, and help ensure appropriate follow-up throughout the hospital stay. The assignment follows a Monday through Friday schedule with weekend and holiday rotation, offering a structured daytime routine while allowing time to enjoy the Charleston area.

Weather:

Expect generally mild coastal conditions, with comfortable afternoons, cooler mornings and evenings, and occasional rain. The area is well suited for outdoor sightseeing, waterfront activities, and exploring historic neighborhoods.
