Job Description:
This 13-week travel healthcare assignment in Tucson focuses on coordinating care across the healthcare continuum. You will assess care plans, evaluate medical necessity and resource utilization, monitor patient progress, identify barriers to discharge, and help develop and communicate interdisciplinary discharge plans. The role involves collaboration with physicians, payers, community agencies, and healthcare team members while supporting quality clinical, financial, operational, and patient satisfaction outcomes. An active Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, and recent acute care or home care case management experience are required.
Weather:
Tucson typically offers sunny skies, mild and comfortable daytime temperatures, cool evenings, and limited rainfall around this time of year. The dry climate makes it easy to enjoy outdoor activities, so a light jacket and sun protection are useful additions to your travel plans.
