Job Description:

Join the team as an OR Surgical Tech at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, MO, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour day shifts. This role offers the chance to support surgical procedures in a well-equipped OR complex, coordinating supplies and instrumentation to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You’ll assist surgeons and RNs during surgeries, manage sterilization and decontamination of instruments, and help maintain a streamlined environment for a variety of surgeries. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be the behind-the-scenes hero in the operating room, this assignment will give you just that experience - minus the superhero cape, but with plenty of teamwork and technical challenges.
