• Location: Tulsa, OK (roadside and worksite calls)
• Job type: Full-time, in person (field)
• Pay: $21 - $23 per hour, plus labor commissions, after-hours bonus commissions and overtime

About the company An established tire and auto service company handling commercial, fleet, roadside and worksite service.

MUST HAVES

• 2+ years of tire service experience
• Mechanical training and experience, including shop work
• Valid driver's license and a clean MVR
• Must be 21 or older
• Willing to work after hours and overtime

The role You'll head out to breakdowns and worksites to repair and replace tires and handle mechanical service on customer vehicles. You'll work on your own and drive a large service truck. What you'll do

• Remove, repair and replace tires at roadside and worksite locations
• Inspect damage and make safe repairs
• Diagnose issues and recommend repairs to customers
• Drive and keep your service truck stocked, clean and maintained
• Report mechanical issues to store management
• Follow OSHA and company safety rules

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 2 years of prior tire service experience
• Mechanical training and experience required
• Experience with automotive service and alignment preferred
• Shop environment experience required
• Additional training and experience in alignment and automotive service preferred
• TIA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers
• Ability to navigate maps and safely operate a large service vehicle
• Ability to work independently and make appropriate service recommendations
• Must be willing to work after-hours and overtime as needed
