You’ll partner with the studio Digital Practice Manager to develop and apply best practices, optimize processes, and build customizations that improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and report to the studio’s Digital Practice Manager to develop and implement strategies across multiple projects that improve efficiency, innovation, and delivery.
  • Identify, prototype, and evaluate AI tools for design, visualization, and documentation workflows, and help scale the ones that deliver real results to project teams.
  • Act as a liaison between local teams and the firmwide Digital Practice group to promote adoption of emerging tools, technologies, workflows, and standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership in design technology and contribute to the growth of new business opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions and lead continuing education workshops.
  • Deliver digital design assistance and troubleshooting to design teams, enabling more efficient design and delivery.
  • Manage digital quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and excellence in modeling and application usage across the studio’s projects.
  • Document, refine, and share effective workflows, standards, and use cases across the studio.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of digital innovation initiatives at both the studio and firm level.
  • Continuously expand expertise through research, vendor engagement, and involvement in the broader design technology community.

What You Bring

  • Ability to manage and support digital delivery across multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective written, oral, and graphic communication, including presenting to internal audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with the studio Digital Practice Manager and team members.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new design technologies and workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with limited supervision.
  • Curiosity about AI and machine learning applications in design, plus the judgment to separate useful tools from hype.
