Product-Oriented Delivery and Value Realization: Establish a product operating model from problem framing through scaled impact; hold product and capability leaders accountable for integrated roadmaps, adoption, and measurable value; co-create with users around real workflows and decision moments; implement mechanisms to test, learn, scale, and continuously improve as needs and technologies evolve.
Stakeholder Partnership and Enterprise Impact: Lead the business-facing US Data, Technology & Platforms function; connect US priorities with Enterprise AI, IT, global teams, and senior leaders; bring forward enterprise capabilities while calling for adaptation, acceleration, or new investment when needed; manage strategic vendor partnerships; create transparency on priorities, progress, adoption, value, and risks.
Risk, Compliance and Responsible Enablement: Partner with IT, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and compliance to ensure capabilities are secure, compliant, reliable, and responsible by design; balance speed with discipline and regulatory expectations; champion responsible AI and data practices that earn trust from customers, employees, partners, and patients.
People Leadership: Define the operating model, leadership structure, and talent strategy; build a multidisciplinary team with strong commercial orientation and product approach; foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and value realization; develop leadership depth and coach teams to simplify experiences and deliver outcomes.
