Senior Financial Planning & Analysis LeaderWe are seeking an experienced FP&A leader to lead and develop the FP&A team while partnering with operational and executive leadership. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning to help improve business performance and support continued growth.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the FP&A team
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze financial and operational performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop KPIs, scorecards, and financial models
- Partner with leadership to turn financial data into actionable business decisions
- Lead scenario analysis and strategic financial projects
- Improve reporting and FP&A processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience partnering with Senior and operational leadership
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
Work Environment Primarily on-site with one work-from-home day per week. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $135000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.*Medical Employees have three Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND medical options to choose from, a PPO plan, and two High Deductible plans that can be paired with an HSA account. We also offer the Surest PPO Plan that utilizes the United Health Care network. Depending on where you live in California, you have a third option of a Kaiser HMO and potentially a 4th option that allows for care in Mexico (MediExcel). These choices allow you to pick the medical benefit product that best fit your needs.
Dental Employees have two Delta Dental insurance plans to choose from, a Core plan and a Buy-up plan. The plans have differing maximum benefit and orthodontia amounts available.
