Company Description Be part of the firm that defines its industry AST Defeasance is the largest firm in its field nationwide, advising on several thousand commercial real estate finance transactions every year. We’re a boutique firm, so you’ll work directly on complex deals from your first month, in a team where your analysis is seen and used, not buried under layers of hierarchy.
Job Description
Generate new deals across our commercial real estate lending and financial consulting lines. Full training provided. You’ll connect with property owners and brokers by phone, email, and in person, and be measured on contacts and closings.
Qualifications
- Sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with sales principles and a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confident, personable communicator who builds rapport quickly
- A service-first mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed
Additional Information Salary: $45K Base + Commission
