- Create and maintain employee schedule in UKG
- Edit schedule as needed to meet staffing requirements
- Approve, deny, or cancel employee time-off requests
- Provide leadership and support CNA staff
- Assist with staffing needs and daily operations
- Deliver compassionate resident care and promote quality service
Qualifications:
- Current Texas CNA certification required
- Previous skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
