Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver's premier senior living communities, is seeking a friendly and energetic Server to join our on-site dining team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents and guests, maintains a positive and professional attitude, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. This role is an important part of making our community welcoming, comfortable, and full of warmth. This is a part time position, must be available one weekend day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take food orders, presents orders to kitchen staff, and delivers meals to residents and guests in a proper and timely manner

• Responds quickly to resident and guests' requests. Interacts with guests in the dining room to ensure their satisfaction

• Follows procedures for sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred

• Customer service experience

• Good verbal communication skills

• Current ServSafe Certification preferred

• Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay:

$19.29 - $19.50 an hour, based on experience
