Senior Account Executive

Account Executive III Term: Direct hire Location: Remote, preference within Austin TX/NYC/San Francisco. (Major AWS office hubs).

We're growing! ASCENDING Inc. has nearly doubled in size over the past year, and we're looking for a sales candidate to help drive that growth for the long term. In this role, you'll partner with hyperscalers to generate prospects, leads, and customer deals.

The right fit is all about mindset - someone driven, entrepreneurial, and ready to take full ownership of their work with a strong work ethic.

You'll help sell our flagship product within the AWS ecosystem. As a Premier-Tier AWS Partner, we have a unique opportunity to grow this product's presence across the AWS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, math, or a business-related field
• 8–15 years of experience in business-to-business sales or another performance-driven role
• Experience selling to customers in the $100MM–$300MM range (large-cap SMB)
• Enterprise sales experience
• Knowledge of GenAI trends and products
• Strong polish and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record as a self-starter, with examples to share
• Passion for solving problems and learning
