Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - ArtiFlex

Shift: 2^nd^ General Description: In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: · Supervise, lead and train members of press or assembly teams. · Plan, assign, and direct workflow. · Monitor total output, quality and compliance with 6S practices. · Analyze and interpret production and scrap records and work consistently to improve these measures. · Follow defined processes and maintain compliance with ISO/TS standards and maintain accurate records and documentation. · Recommend & implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency. · Assist the company in employee selection and team development. · Track and enter employee hours, attendance and vacation time. ·[ []{style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1); font-size: 10pt; font-fa "}]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
